One of the best ways to eat healthy (or less bad, for some of us) is to cook at home. Fast food is normally processed, and for good reason… It cooks quickly! Food doesn’t need to be altered for us to enjoy it.
French fries are as easy as clean a potato, cut, dry and fry. Add some flavored salts, or your own blend of seasonings. Try paprika, chili, onion, garlic and other powders.
Instead of frying, toss with flour or a packet of ranch seasoning and bake on a sheet. 30 minutes at 375F, turn and bake 30 minutes more.
